Owl

This morning I went back to the foot clinic, it is getting better but very slowly. She strapped up my foot and also suggest shockwave therapy - they don't do it so I will investigate.

Over to mums for our linocut day. I learnt a lot, most importantly how to roll the ink to make a clear print - the owl is so much better!! I have read a few books on linocutting but nothing beats experience! Great day and I feel more confident that I can do it on my own in future (I used all my own tools so should be able to do it from home OK).

Back to the Everyman t watch See How They Run. Great film - I always love Adrien Brody! Highly recommend it.
