There is one posh restaurant in Lewes (which is actually a bit of a suprise but we think it is probably because Brighton is so close). As a treat for finishing university we had dinner there this evening. Fork Lewes (fork-lewes.co.uk) - voted best restaurant in Lewes 2023 apparently. It was really good. The service was great, good cocktails, and the food was amazing. It was expensive though so I think we will go there for special occasions only!
