Back to school!

Back to uni today! Its such a lovely day that I walked. It takes about 40 minutes but most of is it through the Bathurst estate. What a wonderful commute! I am planning on walking over whenever it isn't raining!

It was so great to see everyone again - we have lost a few it seems but considering it was a big intake last year its actually less than I thought it might be. Everyone had a good summer with their work placements although we all agreed it seemed like a very long time! Straight back into it today - assignments set and off we go! Interestingly the university is advising that we all wear face masks in the classroom - but noone (in the whole university as far as I can see ) is. It does make it much easier in the lecture but lets see how infections go.

I took a picture that shows the cottage - marked with a yellow arrow - so you can see how close we are to the estate. I filled in a wildlife survey today which asked where I lived and I ticked the box semi-rural - seems to be the most accurate description!
