Box Hill

We set off early to do a part of the Surrey Three Peaks walk on our way down to Brighton to meet up with Tom, Laura and Libby.

What a beautiful day for a walk. We did a circuit of 10km which included the top of Box Hill in two hours. Not bad - the actual walk is 37km and three peaks - I looked them up they are all as high as Box Hill which was a bit disappointing! This view is the top of Box Hill looking down over Dorking.

Then we drove onto Brighton for a picnic in the park and a game or two of petanque. Libby is such a smiley girl - except when she is with strangers - I am afraid she cries when I pick her up still - but she will soon get over that!
