Cropreddy setup

I arrived in Banbury at 6am to meet up with Colin (Robins brother). We set off in convoy to line up for the camping at Cropreddy. It didnt take too long and by 645 we were on Field 4 (near the cricket club and the village - a good position!). We had a pretty small space to put up our tents but with a bit of wrangling (and help from Anne and Derek) everything went up and there was just abut enough space. Anne is here with Derek, Alex and Andy as usual! They have given up on camping and are now happy glampers! After a walk around the village to stock up on wine we went over to the festival. Over 30 degrees is not the best weather for a music festival in a field with no shade - but we managed. The acts today were good - apart from Genesis Revisited who were a good band but I dont really like the music. In the evening Colin went home to pick up Clare and the boys and Robin turned up having had some train problems.
