We drove into Bethnal Green to go to Robin's brother's flat to pick up some things. The traffic is definitely back to normal - lucky it was early Sunday morning and not during rush hour! I managed to stop Robin taking quite a few unnecessary things - electric scooter, sling shot with pellets, more knives etc. But he really wanted one of the crossbows - so we did take one of them. How did Robin choose which one you ask? The biggest of course!! So now we have a rather lethal looking crossbow at home - I will let you know when it gets used and how that goes!!
We also went to Columbia road flower market as it is just a few minutes walk away front the flat. They have a one way system and are only allowing a certain number of people in at a time - actually works quite well. We did wonder how so many artisan coffee shops can survive in one place though - Bethnal Green is obviously the place to be!
You forgot to tell them about the Doc Martin's shoes, walking boots and green wellies, not to mention the 2 axes, large and small that you took home!
