Two days at Groundswell which is a regenerative agriculture show. Regenerative agriculture is not yet main stream but is becoming more popular - it has a set of principles -

  1. Dont disturb the soil

  2. Keep the soil surface covered

  3. Living roots in the soil

  4. diverse crops

  5. Grazing animals

I had to man the FWAG stand today - luckily noone asked too many difficult questions but I saw Ed, Jenny and Zara from FWAG South West who I knew from the RAU, great to see them. I went to as many sessions as I could and learnt LOTS. Then off to the hotel and bed, very tiring.
