We went back to Wokingham in the afternoon as I had my first physiotherapy session on the NHS. It was good, she doesn't think the pain is to do with osteoarthritis at all but is a pulled muscle (I was never convinced by the osteoarthritis diagnosis!). So I have some stretching exercises to do and will see her again in early January. Now I have foot and back exercises to do - the pain is all on my right hand side so it is likely that they are all connected. Robin bought up the whole of Robert Dyas and saved a fortune and then we came home.
These two are in my bedroom in Cirencester - they go everywhere with me. The Highland cow is from Charlotte when she moved to Aberdeen and the giraffe is from Covent Garden when I used to work there a very long time ago! Its funny the things you keep - I could never give them away.
