Reflection

As I walked home after the trip I reflected on the last few days. I am much older than everyone in my year but I have never felt out of place. Everyone had been both welcoming and pretty sensible! Yes they go out and do some mad things - they are young! But they are also sensible - I struggled to find the right word but keep coming back to this. The year 1 group - not so much. Is it because they have just started and are all still a bit mad? Maybe. But I am so glad that I am with my year group!
