After many months at last we could go back over to mum and Dorothy's house and meet up outside! It was so good to see them and the dogs. They have a steady stream of visitors over the next few weeks as everyone catches up!

I feel like I have so many things to do at the moment that I cant get everything done - I do need to prioritise the university assignments that are due end of April. I got the result from my poster presentation yesterday - 74% - really pleased with that - I havent done an academic poster before so I felt that I really struggled with it, but did better than I thought.

Today I found a set of webinars online from the Cumbria Wildlife Trust - Birds for beginners Birds for Beginners – Part 1 - YouTube there are three of them altogether. I can highly recommend them - really informative and at a good pace for beginners like me - I still struggle with identifying even the most basic birdsong but I think this will really help. But watching them wont get my assignments done!
