Water water everywhere!

It seems to have rained for ever - its hard to remember that February was one of the driest months we had. Walked into Cirencester at lunch time and the river is very high again, all the fields are flooded and parts of the local allotments are awash! It looks like next week will be better, finger crossed!

I spent the rest of the day working on my dissertation. I have very strict targets for each day to make sure I can finish everything on time. Reached the target at 6pm today so phew!! We have roofers in in Lewes and they have struggled this week with the weather as well, but hopefully should finish by Monday. Then at least the roof should be damp proof which is a good start.
