12 Days Wild

Today the Wildlife Trusts launched a campaign - 12 Days Wild. Sign up for a 12 Days Wild winter challenge and let nature bring some festive cheer | The Wildlife Trusts. It is encouraging everyone to do something everyday between Christmas and the 5th January to connect with nature. I am signing up - take a look I hope you will too.

I bought this picture of a robin for Robin while we were in Worthing a few weeks ago - to me it perfectly encapsulates the robin - loud and proud, happy to shout about it and fight with anyone that disagrees!

Reading the news it seems that I wont be back at the cottage until at least 18th January - I do miss my birds and worry about them while I am not there! I also see the posts from Lake 32 - they are all still able to swim in the lake as they are in Tier 2. I brought my wetsuit back here in the hopes that I could find somewhere to swim over Christmas - wont be doing that with Tier 4!
