2nd place!

More activities today - starting with dancing and singing for Laura and Libby at 9am (after the clock change!). Then we had a cabana booked in the water park - it worked really well - would definitely do it again, it meant there was a place that we could all get together and there was always someone to look after Freya! After that Chris and I played squash - I havent played for about 10 years, we didn't play a game (no point) but had a great knock about - I will definitely feel it over the next few days!! Then we cut the cake at last and made everyone eat a piece. It was really beautiful, just what I wanted, but the icing made everyones moths turn a pale blue colour! Early evening and we all went for a family quiz - we had a great time and as ever managed not to win but we came a very good second - we won £20 and spent it at the bar - its so expensive there that only paid for half a round! It was so good to spend time with everyone - a very special occasion as Chris and Ella are off travelling soon and Libby and Freya are growing up so fast. It was a bit hard on Tom and Laura at bedtime but I hope they enjoyed it! Elliott did a good job of entertaining Libby by drawing on the chalk board in the villa a lot! - I think he regretted the impact on his knees later on!
