Job!

I had the interview with OVESCO today for an events and office manager role - 2 days a week. I really want the job as it is one that will make a difference to the community and is with a lovely team of people. I got the job!! They want me to start as soon as possible, we just need to work around my holiday in New Zealand. Its a great starts to the New Year! Later in the day a young couple came round, they had been recommended to us as house/cat sitters for the holiday. They were lovely and we agreed to go ahead with them - the cats will be so much happier staying at home, and we will have someone in the house which is good (particularly as we dont have curtains yet!!). The temporary curtains turned up and work really well, I ordered another one so that we can hang them the other way round and cover the whole window!!
