And we are off!! But first we stop in Ely to look at the cathedral. It is absolutely enormous!! We don’t get very far inside as they are charging £12 per person to get in!! That’s not even for a tour or to the separate exhibitions. I really object to that in a place of worship. Looks lovely though!

We get back home mid afternoon, what a treat!! The garden looks lovely and Phoebe and staff have left the house cleaner than we did!! We spend the rest of the day putting everything away, getting the washing in and doing a bit of watering in the garden. So good to be here!!
