Roof

It may not look very exciting but it is. The builder turned up this afternoon and fixed the roof! Amazing. Now for the door.

I went round to mum and Dorothys this morning - great to see them and get out of the house! Mum is still recovering from the chest infection that she had over Christmas but she is much better which is great! I had some difficulty getting there as roads were flooded but after having to turn back once got there in the end. Had a long discussion about climate change with a guy at the petrol station and he told me about a city they are building in Saudi called The Line THE LINE (neom.com). They are building for the future, it will be 200m wide but 170km long and will house 9million people - look it up, they have started building it. A bit like an ark for a whole country.

I heard from Ricky today, he is back in Vancouver for a conference with Teradata, Ondrej is there as well. I do miss those guys!
