There were more viewings today so I walked into Cirencester to take a look at the market. When I got back the estate agent called, we have got an offer, from a young couple who came to take a look yesterday. Apparently they liked it so much that they hung around after their viewing to wait for the next people to take a look and then they took a second look! The offer is good so we accepted - sold within a few days, not what I expected given all the news about house prices. 2 bedroom end of terrace house for sale in Barn Way, Cirencester, GL7 (rightmove.co.uk).
