Beautiful Lewes

Off to Pells pool again this morning. What a wonderful day for a cold swim! Actually it was about 18 degrees and I wore my swimming costume instead of wetsuit for the first time.

In the evening we went to an authors talk at Waterstones (they seem to hold quite a few events here). Ian Ross about his new book Battle Song Battle Song: The 13th century historical adventure for fans of Bernard Cornwell and Ben Kane (de Norton trilogy) eBook : Ross, Ian: Amazon.co.uk: Kindle Store. His novel is about the Battle of Lewes so we thought it might be interesting. He was a very good speaker, I might even buy the book!

Marks today for the animal ecology assignment - 76 - its looking good for a First! Just one more mark to go - farmland ecology which I should get next Tuesday.
