Belorado

Thursday 2nd June 2022 Day 12

We took the bus again today, third day running and not feeling good about it. It was a short ride to Belorado and we could see the Camino running next to the road for a long while. Belorado seems to have a wall artist, there were amazing paintings on quite a few buildings.

Its a very small town but we walked around a bit and found the church. it had 3 stork nests but only one seemed to be in use. It still amazes me to see them! Spot the stork!!

Back to the square to wait for pilgrims! Eddie came in and ate his lunch with us before going on. Then checkin at the hostel and see who else turns up, By evening we had met with a Paul, Rose, Deirdre, her mum and Sam and Dad. They say you get a Camino family and it’s true, people come into the family, leave, others join but you remember them all. Tomorrow we are going to walk. Only half way to see how it goes then hopefully back on track.
