Bread making

Monday 12th October 2020

Got to the cottage at about 840 today - ready for the first lecture at 9am. For a few reasons I am only going to be here for 2 nights this week so didnt bring much with me. I had some bread in the freezer but it wasnt much so I had to make some from a packet that I had - I think it may be the first bread that has been made in this kitchen - possibly the only baking! Anyway the bread was good!

There are about 5 people on our course that are self isolating - they havent tested positive they are just in accommodation with someone that has. But just heard that one of our off campus students has had a positive test - its not clear what that means - I might hear more over the next day or so but at the moment no change.
