Brighton

Sunday 7th November 2021

We were down in Brighton this weekend. A lovely meal with Tom, Laura and Libby last night at their house. Then today we all walked down to the front - what an amazing day, the sun was out and the veteran car rally London to Brighton was on!! We saw hundreds of old cars going past - all in great condition with quite a lot of people dressed up for the occasion as well!

Later in the day Robin and I went down to the piers to see if we could catch the starling murmurations. We did see some - they were a bit low and behind the pier - good to see but I couldn't get a photo of them. We will come back and try again! Then off to meet Chris and take him out for his birthday dinner - with his new girlfriend Ella!! Dinner was at Riddle and Finns Riddle & Finns (riddleandfinns.co.uk) and was very good. Ella was lovely as well!
