Campervans

I wanted to hire a camper van when we were here as I have wanted one for a while and it’s good to try it out!! Our van was not the best in some ways- the bed was rubbish. But it was also great. It was car sized so I didn’t have any problems driving and parking, it had enough storage ( though not well thought out!). And it had a kitchen area, though we actually cooked outside the van. If we hadn’t had it we wouldn’t have had the great adventures that we did.

Chris and Ella’s van is great but bigger than I would want. But they are travelling for weeks at a time which makes a big difference. I like the fact that the bed is at the back of the van so that when you open up the boot you can lookout on the view.

I loved travelling in the van and it has confirmed that I would like to do more. In the UK though we only want one car. So the van has to have 4 seats, a good bed, small kitchen and storage. All in a car sized van. I will see what is possible!!
