Cat in a box!

What is it about cats and boxes! Here is the lovely Freya in the empty beer box!! I made a mistake today and did two lots of exercise! First I went to Soulfit at 7am and did a really hard session - I did enjoy it though and thought I might actually join Soulfit after my 10 sessions! Then I went along to the 10am row, this is normally pretty gentle but today several people were trying out steering and they wanted to practice turns in the river. I lost count of how many wee did but I was glad when we stopped - loved it though and was persuaded that I should sign up for Saturday Masters rows as well. I will feel this tomorrow!

Later on we went round to our neighbour Charlottes house to offer our condolences for Colin. We stayed about half an hour and it was good to see her and hear that she had good family support for the future.
