Christmas!

Today was officially the start of Christmas for us, Cirencester switched its lights on and we put the christmas lights on the trees in the garden - we had too many for the small christmas tree so the olive tree also has lights! We walked into Cirencester in the morning to take a look at the Christmas market - they had closed the centre of town and there were loads of stalls - we didnt buy much but it was lovely to see so many people in town and the stalls were great. We went back later in the day when it was dark and the place was packed!! They set off silent fireworks behind the church and they looked great and didnt frighten the animals! Then we went to Henrys for dinner Henry's Cirencester – Seafood Bar & Grill (henryscirencester.co.uk). Robin had the best steak ever (according to him!) and I had lamb - it was a wonderful meal and excellent service as well - I can highly recommend it and we will be back!
