Happy birthday Mum!!

I was back in Cirencester as I needed to sort out the house and garden and I have a day volunteering with the Evenlode team tomorrow. The bathroom looks amazing. the fitter did a really good job of squeezing everything in! Now I need Neil the builder back in to redecorate! While the fitter did a good job he also filled the whole house with dust, so I spent a few hours cleaning everything! Then the garden was really overgrown so I spent another few hours sorting that out - everything looked great by the time that I finished.

No word back from Lewes, eventually about 4pm the estate agent called back - could I get a bit closer to the asking price? So I upped our offer a bit and he seemed quite confident that they would accept. Lets see tomorrow!
