I came across this today Climate calculator it is sponsored by the WWF and the National Grid. It asks a number of questions around what you think the government policies should be to hit our greenhouse gas emissions targets by 2030.
The results will be published and shared. I found it very interesting and helped me to understand the impacts of various policies and also the changes we need to get started on now to have the impact we have promised. I encourage you all to give it a go (it is much easier to read on a laptop but I did it on my phone Ok as well!).
Later in the day we went for a walk (as the promised rain didn't really turn up for us!), we went a slightly different way and found this tree by the side of Easthampstead Road - isnt it fantastic - loved it! We also popped into the pub and ordered a drink at the bar - first time for 18 months! The landlady said that people haven't quite got the hang of it yet - they will order at the bar and then wander off assuming that someone will bring their drinks to the table. Might be a bit of time before we get back to normal!
