Cold water!

I had tennis elbow diagnosed a few weeks ago which made my old surfing shoulder pain start up again so I went to see an osteopath today. Of course by the time I got the appointment it was much better but he cracked my spine and massaged the shoulder area - feels much better already!

Then I went over toe Lake 32 for a swim. Robin just bought me a Dryrobe so I was very keen to try it out. I was juts wearing my shortie wetsuit and the water was cold - next time it will be full wetsuit and feet coverings! The dryrobe was amazing though - love it!

On the way over to the water park I saw Alan - the leucistic magpie. I hadn't seen him at the lake at all so good to see that he is still alive and well.
