Coldest day

Woke up today to the coldest temperature that I remember in the UK. (Cats are still lovely and warm though!). I walked over to university today - I am not using the car again until I go to Charlottes on Sunday - Barn Way is still an ice rink! The walk across the park was amazing. It was also great to see the animal tracks so clearly in the snow - you can see all their hidden paths! Later I walked into Cirencester - that is down hill on icy pavements - not so much fun, I nearly slipped over!

I heard back from the damp surveyor - he doesn't think the tile problem is damp - he managed to get a reading from behind one of the tiles and it was negligible. Also a couple of the tiles are cracked which seems a bit odd. Not expecting any reply from the solicitor this week so lets see what next week brings.
