Deer tracks!

We walked 20km today - over to California Lake and then round the Plantation. It was a great wildlife walk! It was a freezing morning but muddy the day before so all the tracks were really clear. We found these - muntjac deer tracks - so clear which is really unusual. I did double check the muntjac tracks when I got home and then entered them on the Mammal Tracker app.

We also saw a buzzard, two kestrels, lots of long tailed tit and the usual herons, blue tits, great tits, dunnocks, redwings etc. The binoculars are amazing - couldn't see most of these without them.
