Eventful day!

Saturday 8th February 2025

It was a very eventful day today with two grandchildren going to A&E! Freya (the little troublemaker!) managed to get a raisin stuck so far up her nose that it woudlnt come out! Off to A&E where she promptly sneezed it out on the floor at reception as Laura was about to sign he in!! James had gastroenteritis and isnt drinking just vomiting and pooing! They gave him an anti sickness injection and told Charlotte and Elliott to 'ride it out'. Not fun for them!

Today our 2 chairs were picked up to be reupholstered - it will be great when they come back and the sitting room is finished! Be about 3 weeks though! I also went to the rowing AGM - more people there than I thought considering it is a club of 80 people. I do enjoy rowing and now we have 2 boats I hope that I can get out more often.

I didnt have a photo for today but have found this lovely looking rhubard pudding that I am going to make when I find some rhubarb - will let you know how it goes!!
