Family day

Laura sent over Libby's nursery pictures - she looks so grown up! The cats are getting the hang of the catflap now that the lock is off it so they spent a long time outside today - then they were tired so came back and lay in the garden! We had another person round to take a look at renovating our windows - we have had several quotes so far but have not yet found quite the right person - Jim was that man!! So excited that we might finally get into the diary of someone who knows what they are doing! Lets see what his quote is! And when I say diary, I mean March 2024!

Tom, Laura and the girls came over for lunch today. We had bought an enormous rolled shoulder of venison from the local market yesterday so were up early to put it in the oven! Never cooked one before and it was lovely! Everyone had seconds - except Libby who wasnt so sure! Then we walked over to Malling Community Centre - they have a great play park outside which is the perfect age range for Libby - she does love the swings best I think!!
