First day at work!

Monday 7th June 2021

Today was my first day at the Cotswolds National Landscapes Cotswolds AONB | The Cotswolds | Cotswold | Cotswolds. I met up with Ed and spent the morning understanding the organisation better and moving tools around. In the afternoon I worked on my first task - to produce a one page flyer for a corporate team building programme that they want to put together. It will take more than one afternoon to get this done! I looked up other organisation that do the same - most of them are woodland experiences (trails, climbing, axe throwing etc) rather than the rural skills and conservation that the Rural Skills centre provides. I do think that a more environmental approach really resonates at the moment - lets see!

Also on on of the country lanes we saw a hare - it was enormous! I was so excited, hoping to go back there in the early morning apparently there are lots in the fields there then.
