Today I worked for about 6 hours on my next assignment. This is the one where we have left camera traps to watch bird feeding behaviour. I have to admit that I don't really care about bird behaviour on feeders but need to get on with it. I spent hours going through the videos - then I tried to turn it into something useful - my brain is frazzled so I am leaving it for tomorrow. Luckily the toner turned up so I printed out my dissertation instead. Last check for references and formatting then I sent it off to my supervisor for any feedback that she has. It needs to be submitted end of next week so I still have time for any changes - but I have reached the end of anything useful that I can do on it! Robin has been busy in Lewes around the house and he was out in the garden today digging out a huge stump when he saw this beautiful beetle - its a rose chafer - not sure where the roses are around us but its lovely! I took a few photos of the flowers growing in my lawn in Cirencester - I mowed around them last weeks so they are doing well. The grass needs cutting again but I didnt get round to that - I watched the Greatest Showman which was on TV - such a great feel good film!
