Interview and Craft night

Wednesday 8th November 2023

Some ladies on Morris Road have suggested that we start a craft club as winter is approaching - Wednesday 6-8pm. We have struggled to get any location for it so while swimming in the sea yesterday with my neighbours I agreed to host the first one (not a sentence you often hear!). Today I also have an interview for a project manager role with the National Trust. This morning I am not sure which one is making me more nervous! The interview was at 12 and went well I thought - luckily they promised to get back to me on Friday so I shall know pretty soon. When I got back from that I then had to focus on cleaning and tidying hte house getting ready for people to come round. As it was hte first one I didnt knwo what to expect or how many would come! Luckily some people coulnt make it so I had 4 people round which was the perfect number to fit in our kitchen - next week there will be more but it wont be my problem!! I couldnt decide what to do - cant face any more knitting at the moment, and it needs to be small enough to carry around to peoples houses. So I went to the sewing shop and thought I woudl have a go at this sheep scene. Once I got it home I realised how difficult it was going to be!! Never mind it will keep me busy!
