Kamado Joe Jr

We gave our Weber BBQ to Charlotte and Elliott because we have bought a Kamado Joe jr!! Its the same as a Green Egg but red. Today was so lovely that we decided to try it out (we havent had much good weather so far this year!). It was very successful, stuffed lamb and tomato salad (the potatoes and sweetcorn were also cooked on the BBQ). A fairly simple thing to start with now we can move onto all the other things it can do!!
