Wednesday 16th June 2021

We worked with Ed today on rural skills, which meant driving around the Cotswolds making sure all the tools are in place for the courses that are running later this week.

We took the opportunity to stop for lunch under a tree at Sudeley castle. And there we met one of the kingfishers from the Kingfisher trail.

There are 21 kingfishers spread around the Cotswolds Kingfisher Trail - Cotswolds 2021.

Each was given to an artist to decorate and at the end of the summer they will all be auctioned to raise money for the Cotswold National Landscape to continue its work with schools. It was quite large I am not sure I could fit one in our garden! There is an app as well which looks good - I will try and see some others during the summer.
