Last day at work!

Wednesday 26th March 2025

Last day at work today and it was busy. I went over to Ringmer for a coffee morning and to meet up with the lady who runs the library. Then back to Lewes for handovers and meetings. I set my out of office and left - its strange to say - see you in June!! Tomorrow I am going ove to Charlottes and will leave the car laptop and a bag with her for when we come back over Easter. Updates to this site will be on the phone for a few months and will show our travels!

This is an Ottelengi dish from his easy book! Lentils, tomatoes and aubergines - easy and delicious!! I read an article today about what people who reach 70 and are healthy eat. The answer is much less red meat, more vegetable and fruit and more pulses - so this dish is good!
