Laura's race!

We went over to Brighton today to meet up with Tom and the girls to watch Laura in the Brighton 10k race! It goes from Hove Lawns to Brighton Marina and back again - she did it in just over an hour - amazing job, we were so proud of her! We also got to see the new statue on the Hove plinth - called the Langoustine - which was really good. It was so windy down on the front we were practically blown away. Off for a lovely pub lunch - which Laura really deserved and then we went back into Brighton for my Our Futur Health appointment Our Future Health - take a look and join if you can I think its really worth while. They took blood and did another cholestrol test!! None for my whole life and then two in a few days - it said much the same - eat less butter!!
