Libbys birthday!

Its Libby birthday today and we need to be at their house by about 530pm. So we decided to walk from Lewes to Brighton. The forecast wasnt bad - but it was wrong! It is a lovely walk but we did most of it in the rain! It was still great - part of it is the South Downs Way, then we drop in to Brighton at the top of the racecourse, down by the Marina and then along the front to Brighton. We discovered it was mod weekend and the place was full of vespers and 1960s attire - it was great, we wish we had known about it in advance as they had some good music events going on. Then over to Libby's cake cutting. Happy Birthday Libby!! Lovely to see them and we will be back next weekend for her unicorn party!
