Magnolia

We dropped the drinks off with Chris this morning! Then drove back home - we decided at the last minute to stop off at Wisley RHS Garden Wisley : Days and events in Surrey / RHS Gardening. The garden was lovely and we had a good look around before rain stopped play! They have made a lot of changes at Wisley over the last few years - all for the better.

The magnolias and camellias are all in flower and looking beautiful. This is a magnolia campbellii (one of my mums favourites) - looking wonderful on the slope up to the trial gardens.
