Malaysian chicken curry!

We went back to Tom and Lauras this morning to help move the various bits of furniture into place. The dresser is going to be painted so we cleaned up the greenhouse and put it in there to be sorted later - lovely greenhouse - it is so big!!

The Robin and Tom sorted out the beds while I entertained Freya!! I think I won on that one!

While we were in New Zealand we went to a few good Malaysian restaurants and I had roti Chennai with chicken curry. Its a very particular chicken curry, contains potatoes, is not very spicy and is actually mostly sauce (so that you can dip your bread in it). Today we tried it at home - and the chicken curry was just right - great recipe that we will keep! I made simple flat breads which went really well with it - I don't think I have the time or ability to make roti yet!! Maybe another time!
