More work

Lots to do today so I set off at 645 to the farm to set the next pan traps. Two problems - one of the fields has grazing heiffers in it - luckily Robin (the ecologist) is amazing and already had very robust iron protection cages ready to go! The other problem is that the arable field has been harvested - that never happens at this time of year - but its a funny year so I will just have to live with it. I got to the fields - luckily no cows in site so quite easy to set up all the traps - finish about 9am then straight over to Charlbury to help Ros pack up the festival equipment. Then we went back to the Old Prison to unload everything - my car was so full that even the front passenger seat was overflowing! It rained yesterday when we packed up the Wychwood fair - so I had to dry everything out in the carpark. We left the River Goddess up in the office - she looks amazing - cant wait to hear what everyone thinks of her. I eventually got back about 230 (on a non working day). Then I sent an email to my boss to resign. This isnt going to work for me - it takes up more time than I can afford - I love the team so much but cant continue. Feeling better already _ and I caught up on two weeks of blogging!
