Mothers day

Mothers day today so we went over to mums to drop off a card and present and have a socially distanced chat at the door. Really good to see her after what seems like a long time!

Robin bought me a chocolate scotch egg form Waitrose - that is so Robin! It tasted good but felt a bit queasy afterwards - too much chocolate! Libby sent me a granny card and we had a call with her (and Tom and Laura!) - she is so smiley!!

Yesterday we went to see a few houses down on the south coast - they were all good - but every time we look we are clearer about what we want and dont want! so we rejected the lovely house in Worthing (garden too small, not enough storage space), the one in Lancing (too expensive and I didnt feel the love!). We like the one in Aldwick 4 bedroom detached house for sale in Fish Lane, Aldwick, Bognor Regis, West Sussex, PO21 (rightmove.co.uk). A lot of work to be done - actually complete refurbishment - do we really want to do that? Its great and so close to the beach - so we will go back for a second viewing this Saturday hopefully! fingers crossed
