Next assignment

We spent the afternoon up at Coates farm surveying various habitat types for our next assignment. The sun came out (which made a lovely change) and we had a wonderful day. The farm is close to the university and a lovely place to walk - it is where I did all my hedgerow surveying earlier this year! The assignment is interesting but there is quite a lot to do. We need to complete the habitat survey, create some QGIS maps and then run a Biodiversity Net Gain calculation on the area. Then we need to turn all of that into a report! Luckily it is not due until after Christmas so I know what I will be doing in the New Year!
