Next crafty task

I finished my knitting (I dont think I took a picture of it so must do that, it looks lovely). So onto the next project. Some time ago I bought a cheap denim jacket at the charity shop to embroider. I bought a washable patter and today I started it. It is of flowers and plants and goes across the top back of the jacket. I am really pleased with one days work - I think it might take a few weeks to finish but I will take it to mums in a few weeks time and should get it finished there!

The builder who I have been chasing for months got in touch at 1030 today to say he could come round this afternoon! So I worked from home to make sure we didnt miss him! We need the front garden wall rebuilt (using the original bricks) some repointing and a platform built for the bins out the front. Hopefully we get a quote from hm and get it done some time this year!!
