No more van!

This sign outside the shop made me laugh! Today we drove back to Blenheim to hand back the van. It’s been a really great experience and I have loved it. Not sure about Robin so much!! Back to Picton in Chris’s van, we are going to use this for our drive up the North Island. It has room for three people on the front seat, just! We took a boat over to a resort and spent the rest of the day there. It is like a tropical paradise! The water is so clear and the place is so green. The resort has some unusual art and we walked around to take a look.

We found a labarinth and we all had a go at being mindful!! There was a replica Māori house which is made of tree fern trunk, which I found amazing! And some lovely hammocks with a great view down the hill!

They had paddle boards and kayaks that we could use. Chris and Rlla went for the boards, I took a kayak and Robin sat on a bean bag!! The water around here and Picton is so clear, we saw stingray again today but I couldn’t catch it in my kayak!! Back at Chris and Ella’s place later on we had an amazing bbq then headed back into town on foot to our cabin.
