Out and about

A new studio has opened up in Lewes and is offering 10 session for £30 which is a bargain so I signed up. My first class was today - a Gentle Yoga class - I have never done any yoga before so I was a little apprehensive - but I enjoyed it and managed to stretch enough! I have 30 days to do the 10 session and am going to try as many things as I can! I met one of our neighbours outside (she signed up as well) and learnt that Colin (another of our neighbours) had died the day before in hospital (he had cancer but actually dies of pneumonia). It was a shock for it to be so sudden and felt like quite a blow.

Later in the morning I went for my first row after Christmas - just a social row luckily so not too hard. The sky was blue and the sea was flat as a pancake - it was wonderful!

In the evening we went out for dinner with Chris and Ella at the White Hart (my choice as it is my birthday week!). It has been refurbished recently and was really good. A good choice on the menu and everything was delicious. We would definitely go again. I also saw this pot there - I really like it but googled it and cant find it yet - maybe I will try again.
