Passionfruit

I made James Martin’s easy passionfruit souffle today. It is so easy and tastes delicious can’t recommend it enough. Had a spare passionfruit left over so had to turn it into a cocktail. No food waste! And it was great!!

Fact for today. Sea otters have pouches under their arms caused by loose skin and their very thick fur. They use them to keep food and also to store a rock that they use as a tool to open up clams etc. They have been known to have a favourite rock that they keep all their life.
