Piglet

We had a wonderful idea to get a sucking pig for our 25th Wedding anniversary meal. Yesterday Robin went to the butchers to pick it up and this is what it looks like. I specifically asked if it would fit in the oven - 'yes' he said. Well we have a piglet that Libby could ride its so big - the only oven it is fitting into is a some sort of oil barrel BBQ. So we had a think overnight and decided the only option was to get the butcher to cut it up! Slightly defeated the plan of making the meal an occasion - but at least we can fit the bits in the oven and cook them!! Over to Tom and Lauras in the afternoon to pick up the cake - it looks great now we just need to get it to Center Parcs tomorrow in one piece! So many good ideas but the execution is the key!
