Pinning the house!

The builders came around to pin the back wall. There are some cracks and evidence of subsidence - difficult to know what caused it but they think it might be poor workmanship on the kitchen extension. Anyway we needed the wall pinned back together. Its quite difficult to see the difference in the photos but basically he strips out the mortar in the offending areas and then puts in metal pins and then points it all back again. The good news is there are no visible cracks anymore which makes us feel better! Now we just need another builder and window man to return our calls and turn up to give us more quotes!!
